Charles earned his accounting degree from Georgia State University, where he was honored with the prestigious Haskins & Sells Award, recognizing his exceptional achievement in the field. After graduation, he launched his career as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand, gaining invaluable experience and insight. In 1982, Charles co-founded Lacey & Orth CPA, LLC with Sam Lacey, turning a shared vision into a thriving firm.
